So probably stupid question but I can't find the info anywhere..
So do I need radiation enabled for the rad animals to spawn? or a plugin or what yeah

they use the vanilla spawns of bears and wolves

Then randomises the chance they will drop the backpack so it can be any of the regular wolves/bears
Making them real Rad animals is not yet possible without changing the AI themselves or linking them to the radiation zones .
so its either a % droprate simulating the effect of a radanimal
