why i have this everytime i put small oil refinery n large furnace? 
first time setup a server.

i mean its ok if only me have this problem, but no for player.

It's rust bug I guess, I don't think it can be caused by my plugib

i think so, because it doesnt happen when i put normal furnace.

Are you vanished while placing these items? I have seen this when I build/place items while vanished.

This happens when you are vanished. If you have a stack of 100 BBQs, the first 99 will place fine but the last one leaves the blue outline.  

It's Rust, not this plugin. I have the same issue despite not using this plugin.

Check if you are using a plugin related to skins or images or vanish, as other here have said.

But definitely is not this plugin.
