I cannot figure out how exactly the config works, after years of running servers this is the worst config i have ever seen tbh

Why do you think they do not work? Check if you have granted the permission / setted Use Permission to false.

Also enable debug, reload the plugin and send me the debug output

My apologies, turns out i was stupid enough to not disable the permissions again when i replaced the entire config, thx for the quick response though
