We currently have this plug working on 3 other servers and copied the same config and it is still is not working.  Any suggestions?

Have you tried only keeping Quick Smelt and unloading the rest of the plugins? Any harmony mods installed?

Sorry man I was using a custom map with a furnace that was existing which can't be modded.  The crafted furnaces work fine.
