This is my first time working with the plugin, I am trying to set up a 2x server but can not get the plugin to change the smelt rate. I am just changing the global value to 2.0, I have tried reloading the plugin, I tried restarting the server, I tried manipulating all of the values in the config files, I looked to see if I had another plugin that was overriding this one, and I tried looking through the other posts here to see if anyone had similar issues. 

It seems that for most people that the plugin is making the rates too high, but that is not what I am suffering from unfortunately.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
