Please tell me what I am doing wrong.
All I want is for smelting and cooking to be 3 times faster ( For ores to smelt faster and food cook fast ).
And no burned food.

So what is your problem?
Have you granted yourself/.. the needed permission? You don't need to blacklist the same items for different furnaces if you have blacklisted it for global.
