Has anyone got a good config for a 10x server as i have tryed over and over and the speed will not change 

Try 10x speed + 4x fuel usage for furnaces.  Make sure to restart your server after making changes to config files.

you dont need to restart server just unload the plugin change value in config and reload the plugin
