i got a issue with a delivery on my server it seems to have stopped someone from Teleporting but also they cant finish it as it doesnt exsist anymore. how do i access there log/quests to remove the active delivery?

You would need to edit the data/Quests/quests_players.json data file.  Do be careful and make a backup.
