I am new to this but trying to setup a NPC for quests. I keep getting "Unable to find a valid NPC" on every try in chat. Any pointers?

Also, noticed when in the UI menu (/q - creat quest - delivery - quest vendor) the plugin freezes and has to be reloaded once you use the "exit" text to cancel the process. Still can't "find a valid NPC" even after creating multiple more to test with.
