Suggestion - Better Quests, progression, multi items, custom items

As stated in the title, Quest progression. 

What do I mean with Quest progression? Well, it's basically simple. Quest progression is basically the same stuff as a normal quest, however, for certain items to be found could for example only count if this would be found in a certain zone or monument. 

  1. For example, The user accepts a quest that he/she has to obtain 20 items of uhm.. let we say fuses in this example, while fuses can be found everywhere, should it be a cool idea if its possible to limit the search for a quest to a certain zone only. 
  2. This could also be used for killing NPC. For example, the user has to kill an xx amount of NPC that's in the military tunnels before completion. all other NPC kills won't count as the user is not inside or nearby the monument. 
  3. Multi-item quests, allowing the player to find certain amounts of each item before completion. For example, the user has to find 5 pipes, 4 springs, and a syringe in order to complete the quest.
  4. Custom items, when a quest is created with a wildcard * as needed item, lets the plugin automatically generate loot in certain chests that are custom. For example, this could be used to add new items in the game that are crucial for quest completion. This allows the server owner to do nothing more than just making certain quests while the plugin does the rest. Custom items are based on skinID and notepaper.
