Love the plugin and glad to see it's receiving updates again.

How hard would it be to add the option to have a cooldown on delivery quests? In their current form I consider them useless since players can endlessly farm it going back and forth. It would be helpful if we could only let them do like one delivery quest per day or something along those lines.
