If you use "TheButton" plugin, which gives you an extra button on your belt, to open Quests and you click it twice, the Quests menu loads up twice and then you're unable to close it.  Even unloading the Quests plugin doesn't help.  You have to disconnect/reconnect.

that is most likely a confliction with that other plugin.
