If i start create he ask me to set an npc for delivery  blablabla i do it , hes ask what a prize i want to give for reward i tell him he save it and the editing is ower -.- no new quests nothing and after this if i click on that npc got an error message in console:

so i really dont hawe ani idea how to do this can somebody explaine for me please step by step ?:D thx forward.

Seems you have only one npc, you need min two.
I will add a ingame error message for this
