Just start using your plugin on a test server,

And what i notice right now if u get too high level you can have 100% on tier 5 quality chance. and that is something i dont want on my server!

So my suggestion is to ether add a max level or add like

t0 -100% Always

t1- Maximum 80% -at maxlevel
t2 -Maximum 50% -at maxlevel
t3 -maximum 30% -at maxlevel
t4 -maximum 20% -at maxlevel
t5 -maximum 10% -at maxlevel

But you will be able to change this inside the config file. somehow! ^^
