It would be nice if the players could enter a command like /quarrystop to cancel the current session and unlock the fuel so they can remove it in the event they need to get off the server or something. Same for the excav lock.

Added  /quarrystop command to move fuel from fuel tank to output hopper.  (to avoid exploit where player could use command to add extra fuel to extend usage )   will do the same for excavatorlock  ( /excavatorstop )
