Would be cool if the avatar could show  steam avatar or a link to an image/icon from the server website.

a cool little feature would be to allow plugin users to change the icon, and use either steamdID icon or a link to a cdn (e.g. Imgur)

"Server Chat" plugin (see below) allows the admin to use the steamID icon as the admin chat icon
