Server crashed several times players trying loot broken boxes. Disabled this and hasn't happened again.

No errors in logs, hard hard crash.

Are you sure your server is fully udpated with Rust and Oxide?

yeah, Server is running Oxide 2.0.4139 and Rust 148 (2151.175.1).

It happens after box decays and player tries open it. Server crash instant without log or error.

It did the same after disabling mod for decay... Just running this.

Now a issue with 50/50 "You can't loot this item" on loot. Again, just this mod.

I played on a random server for about 3 hours, on which there is the plugin, and on test server and did not see any problems. It looks like the problem is only on your server. Try reinstalling the server, umod and plugin.
