How can we allow players to collect their own loot from a player-placed Drone Marketplace?

For example, when a player places their own Drone Marketplace, they can use it and collect their loot as expected. However, if they want to let a neighbour use it too, the neighbour can place orders but can’t open or collect the loot.

We’ve tried adding the following to the excluded entities list, but it didn’t resolve the issue:
