I tried to change despawn time "raid base at X will be drestroyed in X minutes" for each type of base in my profile folder but it doesn't work. I changed this value : "Minutes Until Despawn After Looting (min: 1)": 10, here for easy base

Maybe I am wrong, can you help lpz?
