When trying to buy a raid with /buyraid the following error shows up:

No PVE Raids can be bought for this difficulty as buying raids that allow PVP is not allowed.

Thats a very contradicting statement and don't understand why it is happening. In settings I have buy pvp raids off, and just in case even sent convert pvp to pve to true, but the error persists. Please advise, thanks in advance.

it's not contradicting. it means you are not allowing them to be converted via convert pvp to pve because you do not allow PVP raids to be purchased, and so there's no reason to block pvp raids when you can convert pvp to pve, or create additional pve profiles

The issue was also happening when I had convert pvp to pve off. As stated I tried enabling it just to see if it would fix the issue.

it's not going to convert a raid to pvp when convert pvp to pve is true
likewise it's not going to convert a raid to pve when convert pve to pvp is true

only maintained and scheduled events can bypass this with the Chance To Randomly Spawn PVP Bases setting.

Right what I'm saying is I had both conversions as false and I had the line to buy pvp raid bases as false as well and still got the error stated in my original post. I'm simply trying to allow my players to buy PVE raids only, I'm still relatively new to this so any little bit of clarity on how I may achieve this would be amazing.

enable allow buying pvp raids - they won't be pvp because you will enable the next option and it is required you enable this because your profiles are pvp
