The message comes up for the base, it says it spawned in a specific location.  But there's no base there.  However, despite it not physically being there, the base still counts against the total # of currently spawned bases, preventing other people from buying a base.  I can't find any setting that was changed.  Doubly weird:  bases spawn for other people, but not for me and me alone.  I'm an owner, so all permissions are open.  HELP!  :)

Also:  /rb ui and /rb ui status do nothing at all.  ??

Is there a command to despawn a specific base or simultaneous bases (which shouldn't be a thing but is right now,  see the problem above) by a player?

players with the raidablebases.despawn.buyraid permission can despawn a base they purchase. they should not be given permission to despawn anything else

raidablebases.allow permission is explicity for admins, moderators and trusted staff members but not advised to give to a player
