hi, that setting is for blocking damage to people inside the dome.

Thanks for the reply, this is on PVE bases. We havent actually changed the config in any way and it was working ok prior to the update. Whats happening is if I am stood outside the dome I am being shot at by npcs which is causing damage, when I'm not even in the raid. Previously they would shoot but there would be no damage. Apologies if I was unclear. Player vs player damage is all good its just the npc damage.

alright. I tested this and it is still working as expected. to be clear, you will take damage if you are zone hopping until PVP Delay Between Zone Hopping expires. I also double checked for you and it's been this way since its implementation in 1.7.0
I set PVP Delay Between Zone Hopping to zero and it is still happening, in all the PVE bases I tested. I also rechecked that we do have Block Damage Inside From Npcs To Players Outside set to true on all profiles. This is whether or not you enter the dome. If the enemies spot you they will shoot at you or if you shoot at them from outside the dome. This used to be fine as they didnt do damage but now they do.
We dont use arena walls as they kept stacking so this is kind of a big problem for us.
I also added this version of raid bases to our test server which has very few mods & a procedural map (just incase there was some sort of mod conflict) and we are getting the same results.
