Possible to disable PMs to the bot?

Is posible disable PMs to the bot? and add 1 command to the chat discord for example "!code 1234" 

I say this because in my discord I use the option that it is necessary to link a mobile phone to write, but people can send PM to the bot without having a phone verified.

i try only accept players with verify phone on discord and i make 1 permission with the zone manager to only accept players with "poundbot.registered" permissions in rust and the other get tp to a "jail" for example.

If the bot cannot see them in your discord server, they will not get raid notices. So if you prevent them from joining your server, that is enough to prevent them from PMing the bot. They may be registered elsewhere, but will not get notices from your server unless they are in your discord server.
