I added pound bot to my discord then added the plugin for raid alerts tried the command /pbreg got unknown command then I seen a message in console PoundBotRaidAlerts plugin requires missing dependency: PoundBot im not sure what to do .

You need the PoundBot plugin first. Click on the plugin page and it will link to the required plugin. Install + configure PoundBot first.
