It would be nice if we could enable a use timer after purchase to prevent users from storing them in their inventory for extended periods.  Would also be nice if we could institute a limit on the number you can carry in your inventory at one time.

Maybe just to limit crafting queue to like 5 slots?

The ultimate goal is to keep people from storing vehicles and horses in their inventory.  I used some other plugins but they do not allow you to choose where the horse will spawn which creates issues if you use NPC's to run the command near structures.

Thats where you need to start. If your problem is storing vehicles in inventories make it simpler. Make saving of vehicles in "virsual" storage only, and limit there amount to 1-2-3, whatever you want. Ofc you need plugin to do that, that you can order
