Is there a plugin that allows you to set the success rate of finding a quarry node or pump jack oil spot when using survey charges? I've looked everywhere and haven't found anything.

The hook OnSurveyGather is disabled, which is a great thing if you can do it.

Not exactly, they just made 1 breakpoint in Survey Charge. You still can spawn craters in game (manually or by plugin)
