I think it would be extremely useful for all sorts of server administration and events if there was a plugin that could automatically run a list of specified server commands at scheduled times.

E.g.

Command(s): "weather.fog .8", "say it's getting foggy!"

Time to run: Once every 7 days at 13:00 - server time

E.g.

Command(s): "restart"
Time to run: Once every 1 days at 06:00 - server time

Most server hosts do not have the functionality to run scheduled commands, which on my server is proving to be extremely useful in being able to automate many admin and event tasks. I think it would be great if all servers would be able to do this.
