Animal aggression without retreat (Rust)
Basically I want all animal types to attack players, chickens, horses, stags
They already are
Actually they do, it just depends on how close you are to them, and as they are game created its up to the game devs to adjust their behaviour, Some plugins do spawn animals but their behavior is the same,
If you are using RustAdmin you have an  "animals move" enable/disable  and "animals ai" enable/disable but nothing about aggro range.
I want them to agro and keep on attacking like how zombies would and not run away if they get hit a little bit.  Horses, stags, and chickens run away when you get too close.  I want them to start coming after you from as far as zombies would which is around 90 feet away.

They are running away because they are on low health
