I have no time on my hands to actually write a plugin even tho this one might be very simple.

I just want a plugin to block links from being posted in chat and links in peoples names.

As a blacklist that blocks out domains and phrases.

If anyone would make this one or if it already exists, but I am just blind, please hit me up :)
