Block command after wipe (Rust)

Hello,

I'm looking for a plugin that blocks some commands for x:xx time after the server wiped.

Example: /vipmedium

You can not use this command. Wait x:xx time.

This does block commands: https://umod.org/plugins/command-block
There's no automated way to detect a wipe with that though.

Nope you are right, but i think if you fill that by hand it must be a option to controll it.
