Has anyone solved the problem of being able to loot corpses using hoppers on a PVE server?
If there is none, I would like a plugin to prevent it.

If a hopper is placed near a corpse, the corpse can be sucked in and looted.

This can be done by anyone, anywhere, outside of the monument area, when no other player TC is nearby.
