completion of monuments is necessary to have the ability to research/techtree items. For tier 1 you must complete at least 3 tier 1 monuments including any of the harbours, satelite dish and sewer branch. The monument is completed by the player who loots the card from where it spawns. To unlock the abilty to research/techtree any items that are tier 2, at least 3 tier 2 monuments must be completed (looting the red card from where it spawned) Tier 3 is unlocked when all tier 2 monuments on the map are completed and a red card puzzle door is swiped (opened with a red card).

Is there any plugins like this already? Im planning to hosting a comunity event where the winner gets gifted a skin or prize, depending on the amount of people that compete.
