I thought that was for hackable crates only, and not for player owned locked crates

Made the plugin, waiting for review atm.
You can "hack" any storage containers(chests, fridges etc..any of these with codelock)
You can use targeting computer if you have permissions(select targeting computer in hotbar and left-click)
Or you can use command if you have permissions
