uMod - Random building generator (Rust) - Plugin Requests

This was intended as a PM for @Wulf originally but it appears he does not accept such! Dangnabbit!
So with such:

I was wondering if it were possible to have a plugin developed that generated random small structures(closed) across a map, with a chest(or chests) and TC inside.
Essentially buildings spanning in size from your raid base 1x2 to perhaps 5x5's, utilizing available parts including doorframes, walls, halfwalls, etc.
I would pay for such a plugin.

Thoughts?

I'm working on a plugin like that...

Place 4x4 random around map for x secs before despawning.

Has toolcupboard you need access, after you access toolcupboard, it has a timer to be able loot the box.

If a 2nd player access toolcupboard, countdown resets again. Also has ability spawn scientists to guard it. Shows red dot on map.

You can see it on 7n7 pve server, if that's sort of what you want. It's intended for my pvp server next week.

So this is sort of what I want except I'd prefer them not to despawn, and instead consist of random iterations of that design..
Any hope for that modification? would love to talk to you.
