Advanced bounty / enemy of the state (Rust)

Game: Rust
Description: Players who raid/kill too many bases/players become Bountied (target) for loot. This is different from typical bounties, however, killing too many players in a short time or raiding a base (too much damage) will result in that specific player being in the state of "Enemy of the State", once this happen this player will be revealed to all online users where their base(s) are (will not reveal stashes).

How it works: Once a player has been marked, they will either appear on the map with a skull icon of their last known position (if possible), or their bases will be revealed by giving players who wish to take on the bounty of the map coordinates (EG: Q11).

Hunters can then either go for the base and raid it or kill the player for their loot, killing the player will remove the locations of their base. Raiding their bases will not unless their TC is removed.

 

Reason: I wanted a plugin that would somewhat make a passive-like server, but still have PVP/Raiding, only at a lower risk factor in any case, anyone who does raid/kill would get high risk/high reward for the other players. So it somewhat may discourage killing raiding, there is a threshold that goes slowly down so you can kill as much as you like as long as you let the threshold lower over time.
