Hello all! (appreciate the 'This looks like it might be better posted in...')

I apologize if a solution like this exists already but a plugin that can target topology tiers would be extremely helpful.

Some solutions this could provide:

Spawn horses specifically more at starting beach(to help aid new players in travel) or spawn zombies (NPCs) away from spawnable beach(soft barrier to allow natural progression and learning of mistakes).

The problem I find is that servers are forced to choose between gearing up players too far forward in progression(have tried out a few other servers to see how they balanced it) to fend off zombies or provide such a sharp learning curve that turns away most players(I could survive but I'm used to a more punishing approach of zombies). My personal problem is the latter where I would like to spawn some roaming zombies and maybe some in a POI, but specifically away from starting beaches but I couldn't find a plugin or balance that felt, for the lack of better words, correct.

This felt like the easiest approach however, if someone has ideas and would like to take it further...please? :)

Side note: I appreciate each of you plugin devs and the modding community as a whole as often you guys are asked upon to bridge gaps in games where the devs have left us in the dark. (see: Fallout 4 VR, CP2077, Skyrim, GTA and on...and on...) I've never found a good place to mention it and feel like some devs might see it so...sorry for the side blurb.
