Open the map, move your mouse around, plugin shows you the coordinates where your mouse is over.

Detecting where the mouse is hovering isn't possible to know from the server.

If you use the RustIO map (seperate window) you can do that, it will also show you the positions of your team mates or as admin the position of everyone on the map.

Yeah... I was hoping for something that would do it in-game with a gui or something.  Oh well.

yes i know, trouble is that the game map grid lines, letters and numbers are very faint and you have to zoom in a fair bit to get a decent view and you get no response from the mouse. That is why i use the RustIO map.
