Looking for a plugin that shows if a player is currently at a monument so that others don't waste their time going there if it is occupied as our PVE server runs on a first come first server basis. Thank you to anyone who shows interest in working on this. My discord is Simtronics#1850 :)

Just sent a discord invite.  Not sure if you solved this.  I have a plugin (pending approval) that awards players evertime they swipe a card at a monument.  Not the same thing, but I could add an announcement globally that would tell everyone the a card was swiped at that monument?  (dont think there's any native hooks to respond to)

So sorry, just now seeing your response. Please let me know once this gets released. I think this would fit our needs! Thanks!

Does this work for teams or will it lock to one player only? If so, I can just use the broadcasting system! Thank you so much

No team support just yet.  I had that request last night, and that is being added asap.  Basically, all of the questions/suggestions presented on that url will be added.  Just broadcasting is a great usage.  Works really well with my other plugin PuzzlePoints, which triggers when someone swipes a card.
