Give rock/custom item on hemp gather (Rust)

I am either trying to make it so that when a hemp plant is picked a rock is given or I want to add a custom item like weed which is given when a hemp plant is picked, but because its client sided I don't think its possible for me to do that?

If anyone can help I am willing to pay

  • You can change skin (for item icon)
  • You can change name (by gameobject name changing)
