I could need a plugin that lets me as an admin change all the codelocks of  base with one command.
I need this to change codelocks' codes on bases of banned cheaters to make sure other players don't get the codes and get inside.

Why dont you use https://umod.org/plugins/ban-delete-by  which will remove all the banned players items ?

I did. Problem is that it does NOT remove all items.
Boxes will turn to stashes and will be laying on the ground filled with loot.
Every player who knew where the banned clan lived will come there immediately to grab the free loot.
