So now that we've all spent a month dealing with the MLRS update and seeing the damage that can be done at the cost of zero sulfur/GP (entire clan bases getting wiped without a single gunshot fired in an online raid), I think we can all agree a serious nerf needs to happen and facepunch may take too long, or not nerf it enough. So if someone could design a plugin to give the rockets a dud chance similar to satchel charge, and reduce the damage of each rocket by half, or maybe even leave the reduction open so each individual server can select how much they want to nerf the damage on their server. Also idk the mechanics very well, but maybe make it so that if a rocket does dud, the dud can be picked up on the site of impact amd re-used, also similar to the satchel charge dud mechanic. I know this is a lot to code so I dont expect anything right off but would be nice if someone can make it work. Thanks :)

It doesn't have to be long or drawn out, but it does need sufficient context and clarity. It's best to clarify as much of the requirements as possible before implementation. This is a critical phase of any software development. Sometimes requirements will still change, based on research, experimentation, and estimated effort, but knowing more up front can only help. Even if the info is disorganized, more words illuminates the kinds of things the requester is interested in, which allow the solvers to ask more specific questions to disambiguate the requirements.
+1 for this idea... Just basic damage reduction without duds will also help... Hope we see it live soon...
I had to add the plugin from uMod "Disable MLRS" to stop it on my server and says "Please farm sulfur lazy b*tch, MLRS Disabled!" And all this happened when after the MLRS update 1 Armored clan base on my x2 server got cut in half... It was like sliced with one or two MLRS fires... Guys who made the raid DIDN'T cheated/abused/glitched anything. On a PvP server without any rules on how to play the game except cheating, you can do whatever you want. And they did it... No sulfur farming cuz MLRS is the OP and FASTER solution how to wipe bases easy... They just joined, completed a bunch of monuments (walk, kill some scientist, loot) Kill Bradley Loot cargo bla bla... and they got for free after 3-4h without any effort resources to raid everything they want. FP won't fix this I think because fits their vision if you look from the side where server have 250pop but for the low pop server this is a disaster... You should farm sulfur (a lot of people do not like this and want to instantly raid but that's not the game...) Just do not want to have it all the time completely off but the damage is insane for now.
