This would be a useful plugin cause the MLRS can be very powerful.
A plugin that lets us set the respawn timer and/or restrict how many rockets can be used at once.

You can already do this

1. Use command  "mlrs.brokendownminutes" to change how many minutes before the MLRS recovers from use and can be used again (10 minutes default)

2. Restricting how many rockets can be fired at once can be done via any Stacks plugin. This simple trick will work (never tested but yeah)

MLRS can fire up to 12 rockets in vanilla mlrs container have 2 slots and vanilla stack of the mlrs rocket is 6

If you change stack to 2 for example they will be able to load 2 slots x 2 rockets and fire only 4 at once. (not sure if you make it so they can load more than 12...) but for less should be working since already in vanilla you can fire 2 or 1 rockets or 5 freely without need to put whole stack

You're right. I could just use that command for now.
Maybe I will next wipe. MLRS is just too powerful I think.
