I'm looking for a plugin, if one doesn't exist. I'm looking for a dev willing to make such plugin.

Anyways i'm looking for a plugin where i can block damage at a certain distance. For example i have Bradley Guards running on the server.
But people take out bradley, get the guards coming, and start taking them out from a considerable distance away, to the point that the guards simply stand still and don't do anything back.

Which in return is not challenging at all, I add those types of plugin to make those types of events more challenging, but it is not at the moment.
So what i want exactly is, i want to be able to limit damage output from weapons at a distance, mainly directed at heavy scientists and regular scientists. So that it does not affect animals and players.

If possible of course. I'm willing to discuss payment if such plugin doesn't exist yet.
