I saw it in some server. If you push middle mouse button anywhere. Plugin show your team to red point in screen and how much meters to distance. What is this plugin. I need to install it my server. If this plugin is not allowed here say me to name this plugin. I realy need that plugin. If u want i can send ss.

There is at least not only one server with this function.
Either way, most games have this as an implied feature.

Most ideas like this are fairly obvious and already ubiquitous. Multiple other games have had pinging functionality for years. It's just a matter of time before someone else comes up with the same derivative idea, or implements it long after having arrived at the idea independent of or even prior to your implementation. It's very likely that 100 other people came up with this idea, or any idea, before you did. All ideas are essentially derivatives anyway. If you want to maintain a competive advantage with the ideas that you have implemented, then you will simply have to keep implementing new ideas, especially ones that are unique and require significant effort to replicate.

I can make a server where when you will play there are 50% chance to get banned every minute, that will be called unique? I dont think so

hehe, true but still what's the difference between knowing how to write plugins and do it yourself or hiring a developer for this or ask on uMod...

at the end again results are the same... rarely you will see someone with unique ideas that will hire developer for his unique project... most of the people see something cool already done and try to recreate it :
