Is there a plugin that makes it possible to only place the cupboard on a foundation?

I am sure that they eliminated the ability to place cupboards "off foundation" over 6 months ago and it could be even longer,
In fact to test it out i just went round my map and tried placing one on nearly every surface including a foundation made out of chests, or are you trying to make it that they can only be placed on the ground floor ?

wow, that  would certainly ruin the game for me, My first in building is never place anything on the ground floor, its got to be the most idiotic place to put one, good luck with that one
