Im looking into running https://umod.org/plugins/shrinking-radiation-zones but more modified, 

like with a preset of 50 location, every 20 minutes it will randomly choose 10 location to run the plugin. I figure the timed command plugin would be able to help solve the timed execution, and even destroying the zones when its done. but I'm not competent enough to make the randomizer. anyone got advice or able to point me in the right direction to do this?
