I am looking for a plugin similar to Anti-Offline Raiding, but one that is based on the TC rather than who built the building (similar to how Auto Purge looks at the TC for player activity).

Ideally if none of the authorized TC users are online, then the base cannot be raided. If a TC user is online then the base can take damage.

Willing to pay for this of course.

Would the players just deauth when online to stop from being raided?
This is posable to do but would need to check more then just the tc to stop that.

Yes, ideally there would be a 15 minute timer or something. I believe the other plugin has incremental damage based on time since logoff.

Antioffline raid works with clans:io plugin and does something like that, as long as the players are member of the same clan.
Basically it would check all clan members online/offline activity instead of TC as u wanted

I would also pay for this, the AntiOfflineRaid dont even work for me... people just delete their Clans and abuse this.

So basically the same as AntiOfflineRaid but with TC / Team check

Still need to scale the dmg to tc and base itself.
Add the check for isonline and issleeping then it can be done .

If you find someone to do this I'll throw down $30 if I get access too.

ya realy hard to try and stop the abuse on plugins like this or i would make one. just so may ways to be abused by the players.

Anything can be abused players always try to work around it.
But we can make it more difficult for them
