I've seen this plugin functional on the Project Lazarus server, but it seems to be private. Having this public on umod would be amazing for roleplay servers!

The Third Person plugin already exists, but I'm not aware of a way for players to have their view toggled back via server, only if you give them  admin temporarily until they have their view restored with F3.

I was thinking about making it public but it would prob require a few tweaks and changed to fit with uMod guidelines and just general cleanup. I don't really have the time for this right now but it might be something that I might do in the (possibly near) future.
