It would be great to have a plugin to manage players and groups you created to easily add or remove players from different groups.

Yeah. I got the Permissions Manager. But it only lets me manage plugin permissions in oxide groups. It wont let me add and remove players to/from groups. And thats what I need.
im using https://umod.org/plugins/player-administration with https://umod.org/plugins/permissions-manager so if a player is online i can add them to a group or remove them wish it was that you can chage it even when there off line
There's a plugin with a UI called AdminMenu, but it's a paid plugin (like 15 bucks) it allows you to add players to groups and just see an overview of all the player permissions etc. Seems like what you're looking for
