uMod - Automatic command entering an enemy TC radius zone (Rust) - Plugin Requests

Hello,
I would love a plugin who can send a console command when Player A is entering on the TC radius of Player B
(mainly for PVE server)
I heard there was no hooks to know when a player A is on the TC zone of player B
But it can be a plugin who can check every x seconds if player A is on Player B tc radius zone.

If its a PVE server why would it matter ? (just out of curiosity) and on a very busy server where players are constantly entering a leaving tc ranges would it lead to a bit of a drain on resources ?.

indeed, on very high pop it can maybe lead to a drain of resources :D
For me, it's mainly for my creative server.
It's PVE (god mod ON for everyone) so Players are always bothering Builders.
With this plugin:
Player A is building his base
Player B is coming messing around, but loosing godmode.
Player A kill player B. problem fixed XD

I have only played on a PVE server once and got bothered by a player "stealing" from me as at that time other players could take items from your inventory when standing next to you, I killed him for it and was kicked immediatly and was reminded it was after all a PVE server, ?
I had the same problem with a "noob protection" plugin and found that for the duration of the "no kill" protection the noobs would annoy the crap out of everyone, so i got rid of it.

I have made this plugin and use it for other reasons, but it will 100% do what you need.

yea the buzzman name i had before this caused me to get a couple prviate messages i didnt know where they came from and seemed the forum didnt like it so i changed it.
i dont know the guy i just smoke like a indian chief and liked the name.
